"This seems very odd that if someone spends this type of money and is not happy with the service that was provided then we should have been notified to address any issues and or problems. We are human like everyone else and we do our best to satisfy every customers needs at time of service. We can not address issues with customers if there wasn't any form of communication with that customer. I hope that we can resolve any issues with this customer but our reputation speaks for itself"
D&M completed the work on day 2. D&M was very responsive and professional throughout this entire repair cycle. The price seemed high at first, but after seeing the completeness of the inspection and scope of all work, it is more than reasonable, and less costly than where I used to get my car maintenance done. Thanks, D&M, I'll be back!
I cant wait to give them a shot at a break job.
