THEY EXPLAINED TO ME HOW I COULD HAVE GOTTEN THE VIRUSES ON THE COMPUTER AND HOW TO PREVENT IT FROM HAPPENING AGAIN. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH WITH WHAT THEY DO.
