+ -1 moreThis was a frustrating experience, made almost pleasant by the professionalism of this company. I was very pleased with the service and I will certainly call on them again for any work with locks--not, I trust, including locking myself out.
Description of Work: I foolishly locked myself out of my condo on a Saturday night. I had to call a friend in South County to look up the names of some locksmiths. He gave me four. This company was the only one to respond to my call. Within about a half an hour, Mr. Clark appeared. There were two doors locked that he had to open, and later he discovered that one of my locks wasn't functioning properly. He had given me a price to get in if the work was simple, and then replaced the faulty lock without additional charge.
