 + -1 moreThis Real Estate company and it's agent is responsible for maintenence of Buildings and houses in Cranston that are foreclosures and owned by Fannie Mae. I have a house next door to me, which is a foreclosure and has been assigned to Fred from Center Place Realty. On Sept 14, a large part of a tree on the property fell onto the house, driveway and roof, the rest of the tree is in danger of falling on my house. After 3 phone calls and messages left by me, and a call from Cranston Building Inspector and my contacting my local representative, this tree and the mess from the fallen part is STILL here! It has now been 10 days. Not one has returned my phone call from this agency, or it's agents. Unbelievable, I have to wait until it falls on to someone walking by or on my house before they will do anything? DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY
