At first the pro quoted me $150 over the phone and when they came here it became $224.71. requesting to get my money back amounting $74.71 since what we have talked about initially it's just going to be a $150 booking total cost I was minimally satisfied with the services.

Very pleased with results. Had a family heirloom rug cleaned and some worn ends repaired/reinforced. CCE did the job carefully and for the quoted price within the expected time frame. We are happy with the process and the results.

Everyone associated with the company was great. Spoke with Katie at their office, and she was warm and helpful with any questions. Rafael arrived promptly and was a lovely man who did a great job! Would highly recommend and I’d definitely use them again!

The young man who came exactly on time was very friendly and responsive to my requests for redoing some of the stains with no complaint. We knew what to do and did it very much to my satisfaction. I definitely will use them again at the end of this summer season.

I was scheduled for service, by very polite office staff, for the next day during a time window that suited my routine. The next morning their service man arrived on time and was courteous and performed the cleaning in a professional manner going that extra mile when needed. Since I am in a wheel chair some things had to be moved out of the way or worked around in order to complete the job. Even though, he did not have to, he chose to move the articles and did the job right way so I was impressed with his work ethic. This is not my first experience with this company and both were equally beneficial so I have nothing but praise for Carpet Cleaning Experts.

Rug is clean and fluffy. Fringe are much improved.

They did deep cleaning steam extraction at several locations. They were professional, courteous, and prompt. The did everything they were supposed to do.

The young man was extremely professional and did a marvelous and very careful job. At the same time, we discussed their other services. He was not pushy but was informative. I had oriental carpets in another location that needed cleaning, and he contacted his shop who then sent someone that afternoon to pick up the orientals. They have been returned and all is clean and i am happy. Again, a very careful and professional job. I will be using them also to clean my drapery.

I called on April 7th at 4:00 and Jose was here at 8 am the next morning.  He did an excellent job, was extremely professional and the price was reasonable.
I will use this company again and recommend them to people.

A pet had a very unfortunate accident on our couch which precipitated the call to this provider. I was pleased that they could come the next day. The technician arrived on time and was very professional, in spite of a serious of unfortunate events including: not being sure he could get in our driveway due to the monumental snow; an irate neighbor who began banging on the side of his truck for blocking the sidewalk (again, because of the snow); and his hoses freezing up due to the below-zero temperatures. The latter required him reeling up all his hose and bringing it downstairs to soak in our basement sink TWICE. Then he had to run the line through the window, which apparently was not recommended procedure but there was no way to keep the hose from freezing without doing it. Through all of this, he was unflappable and just keep persevering no matter what.
Because things were going so well with the furniture (which was all I had called about initially) I asked him for prices on the two rugs. He gave me a discount as well. The only thing I felt was overpriced was a "deodorizing treatment" - you can picture why I was interested in this - which turned out to be nothing more than spritzing the offended area with something. (I expect another dose of Febreze would have done it, but that cost me $30.)
All in all, though, all the work came out beautifully, the carpets and sofa have never looked or smelled better, and I was extremely impressed by the technician's diligence. He also filled me in on some cleaning tips for future mishaps.

Their price to clean oriental was very affordable as was the price to clean wall to wall.

Very pleased with service. Surprised me with same day service and even was running early so they called to see if I could accommodate...which u could. Professional! Personable! Overall quality service.

Very happy with the total experience: quality of work, customer service interactions, the price.  We did use a coupon but even without the coupon, the pricing was reasonable.  Scheduling was easy.  No hidden costs or fees.  They did run late but called ahead to let us know.   Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I have used Carpet Cleaning Experts for many years for both my home and office. They are always prompt, reliable and professional. I never have to worry about the quality of their work. It is always done right the first time...

Rafael arrived promptly to clean the carpet in our finished basement. He was neat and so courteous. He answered all of my questions and completed the job quickly and completely. He also cleaned an area rug where my pet had an accident. I can't even smell any remnant of her having been in there at all. The price was reasonable and the job was well done.
