I hired this service to clean my elderly sister’s apartment for her. She reported to me that it was a mother and daughter team, they called before arriving and came when expected, did an excellent deep cleaning of everything in her 3 room apartment. She found them extremely pleasant to work with and cooperative in making sure all her concerns were addressed. She will be having them return twice every month and couldn’t be happier!

Not on time,. Brings very shady characters into your home. Money has been stolen from my dresser. Just not happy.

Brings junkies on the job,. Had robbed money from my house and overall does a poor job. I am disguisted with how things went with her. Continues to reschedule doesn't show up on time and always has excuses

Started well, but didn't have her own vacuum with her, never showed on time. Didn't show at all 2 out of 5 times scheduled. Wanted more money than was quoted. Broke household items. Did decent work on places that showed, but not in more hidden spots like corners of floor behind furniture. Then didn't show at all. Found out it was because she didn't want to wait for a check - wanted only cash. STAY AWAY!

Funds were refunded to you for your unpleasant experience. Unfortunately we could not come to an agreement on a price to clean your home . We have made some changes to meet customers needs and accurately estimating jobs before providing cleaning services . Thank you for giving us the opportunity in cleaning for you and again we are very sorry you were unhappy with our services."
