Very well. Called on Friday afternoon for dryer not turning or drying. They made an appointment for the following Monday morning. The appointment was for 10:00 am and arrived on time. The work took approximately 45 minutes and it now works fine. The tech was friendly and professional, wore a mask the whole time IAW Covid-19 precautions. He explained what he was doing clearly, finished the work efficiently, cleaned up perfectly before leaving.

The repairman took about 1 hour to take apart & diagnose the problem - outside drum corroding/falling apart and some pieces had been sucked into the water pump over time, causing it to fail. He gave me excellent advice - 1) the water pump not worth replacing, I should just replace the entire machine; 2) he advised me about the proper usage of a front-load machine (I was likely significantly under-loading the machine causing more imbalance); 3) he advised me about what to look for in a new machine (avoid more expensive features - simpler is better)

He called back quickly, was on site within two hours. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Very willing to pass information and helpful tips. Steve is a good guy; very trustworthy. Would use again.

My dryer stopped working over the weekend. By Monday we had a huge pile of laundry. Using Angie's List I called six appliance repair places and none had openings. The seventh call was the lucky one. Steve had an opening that morning. He arrived on time, and within a half hour the dryer was repaired and running. The area was left cleaner than he found it.

I called at 11:30am and was able to get someone at my house at 12:30 to look at my washer. He was able to figure out the problem, even though it was more of a plumbing problem instead of the actual washer. Definitely would recommend and use them again :)

It worked out excellently. He was on time and gave us an excellent price. He was able to fix it.

THEY WERE RESPONSIVE WHEN WE CALLED. THEY WERE PROMPT AND VERY COURTEOUS. THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THEY HAD THE ICEMAKER WORKING QUICKLY. WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH IT SINCE.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY SUB-PAR AND THEIR PROFESSIONALISM WAS UPSETTING. THEY CAME AND LOOKED AT MY WASHING MACHINE, AND IT TURNED OUT THEY DID MORE WORK ON IT THAN NEEDED. THEY CHARGED A LOT MORE THEN THE ESTIMATED COST, WHICH WAS REALLY UPSETTING TOO.
