They replaced an acoustic ceiling that was warped and damaged. The new ceiling looks fantastic! It's a much cleaner designed tile and they were able to move the ceiling several inches for a better look to the room. They were responsive with booking it quickly, cleaned up the room well when the job was completed, and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.
