Staff were professional, and did a great job on the yard cleanup. It took a little while to get the service, due to the weather, but once they arrived, they did a fantastic job.

Although I was at work when Robert and his crew did the clean up, I was impressed that he had driven down the day before to scope out my property so that he came prepared.
When I returned from work both front and back were immaculate and not a leaf in sight. Prior to their appointment both lawns and all the beds were completely covered in leaves.
I have always done this myself, but with a recent back problem was so grateful to have this done - I know how long it would have taken me so it was worth every penny.
Thank you Robert

Robert answered my call and stopped by for an estimate later that afternoon. He provided a not-to-exceed estimate that I thought was reasonable given that the piles had also started to be covered by leaves which made it hard for him to see exactly what he was dealing with. The work was done a few days later and I was pleased with the results. It's as if the accumulated brush and trees
had never been there. He was very friendly and professional.

If I could give Robert and his company an A+, I would. I contacted him last week and was expecting the same runaround I had been getting from other landscaping companies - telling me they would come and look at my yard and give me an estimate and then never show up. But he showed up and gave me a very good price for all the work needed. I bought my house in November and the yard needed a good clean up and a lot of trees needed trimming - some bushes needed to be ripped right out as they were dead.
He showed up right on time this morning and worked non-stop with his team. They finished ahead of time AND under budget! The yard looks amazing and they are now my landscaping company and will be taking care of my lawn from now on. Great team and the owner, Robert, is great to do business with indeed!

Robert was very professional. Service was performed a little later than expected due to winter weather conditions, but he stayed in touch and kept me up-to-date. When the weather cleared, he gave me a call to inform me when his team would be coming by. They came and cleared everything up and the yard looks great!

We were so happy to have found Wright Touch. Robert is professional, responsive, timely, and easygoing. We've had unreliable lawn care providers in the past and we're glad to now have competent high-caliber folks like Wright Touch taking care of our property. Highly recommended.

He has a great service at a reasonable price. He sends out a crew of about 2-3 menand they get the work done in about an hour. Once the work is done, they will haul away the leaves too. We have had some communication problems in the past, but once they do show up, everything else is fine.

I need to have some landscaping done quickly, as my house was being put on the marked and I wanted to make sure it had curb appeal. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate, which resulted in some delays. Once the work was done the landscaping looked fantastic. The mulch in the flower beds and some additional touches with some pieces of slate that Robert suggested really made the house look great. I would definately use his services again. The only thing I would suggest is to make follow up calls to make sure the work is goi

Excellent. I contacted Robert by phone, he answered immediately. His friendly and professional manner helped establish rapport very quickly. I explained the job to him and the next day he called back with a very reasonable price and he started and finished the job that day. Upon inspection I was very happy with his work, pricing and manner, so I hired him as my regular landscaper. I'm very confident in Robert's ability to manage the landscaping chores at the property. Excellent!

They did a really good job. They were really thorough guys. We have a big yard with a lot of stuff. He was very professional and his crew did a good job. They got done what we needed to get done. They cleaned up everything when they left. Their price was very reasonable. They are mowing our lawn for the rest of the summer.

Only one word. Awesome!!!! He brought our home back to life and we could not be happier with his services. We will be having Robert back beginning mid may to mow our lawn for the season.

Time is key when looking to get any yard-work done. Don't leave it to the last minute or a Hurricane to move you!

I had a different experience with Robert than most reviewers. He seems like a really nice guy, but I can't recommend him.
My poor experience began in the fall of 2011 when I left a message for Robert to give me an estimate on lawn cleanup. It was more than a week before he returned my call and by that time, another service had responded, scheduled and completed the work. I thought, well, it's fall, I called late in the season, he's probably very busy...but, of course, the other service was able to call back and do the work.
Still, based mostly on the good reviews on Angie's List, I called Robert again in the spring of 2012 for advice on my thin front lawn. Again, it was several days before he called back. Clearly in denial about Robert's punctuality, I had him look at the lawn. He suggested de-thatching and slice over-seeding, and said that I may as well do the back yard as he would be renting the de-thatching equipment for the day anyway. We also agreed that he would apply mulch to the front beds. Robert asked if I'd report my good experience on Angie's List. I decided to wait until the work was actually done.
The work was delayed twice because of weather, but I never got a call from Robert letting me know that. Instead, I had to call him to find out what was going on. Eventually, I even told him where to get the mulch to match what I already had. When the work was finally done a few weeks later (at a cost of about $400 more than I expected, which could have been my misunderstanding), I was thinking Robert (who I had not met throughout our transactions) would call to check on how I liked the work. No call. I called him about five days after the mulching was done (and two weeks after the seeding) to have him look at the front yard where few seedlings were appearing. Robert answered the phone and said he was really glad I called because he wanted to know when to expect my check as he was doing payroll. He never asked about the work. The check was, literally, in the mail, and I asked Robert to stop by and take a look at the lawn when he had a chance. He said he would stop later in the week. Six months later, he hasn't appeared, and I'm beginning to think that he won't. I think he is well-meaning guy and maybe over-extended. He attributed one of the delays to work he had to perform for some and quot;high maintenanceand quot; customers, who I presume were people who actually wanted their work to be done. He may be OK for lawn clean-up or mowing or other basic yard care, but I wouldn't recommend him for seeding or lawn rehabilitaion (he is not licensed to apply fertilizer, which he honestly disclosed to me). I'd also suggest a frank discussion on when he can do your work. That's what I should have done. We had better results later in the year doing the over-seeding ourselves. In fairness, Robert's work on the mulching was neat and thorough. I don't live in Coventry, so I may be a little off the beaten path for Robert. Those closer to him may fare better.

I called Robert to see if he could help us with lawn care. He was not able to help us because we live too far away, but he took the time to advise me on how to best find and evaluate lawn care services in our area. Nice guy.

I contacted Robert yesterday and he came over to give me an estimate the same day. He was friendly and professional and his price was very reasonable. He came today to do the work. He was quick, did everything he said he would, and cleaned the areas under the piles. I was impressed with the work he did, the price he did it for, and the fact it was only 24 hours from the time I called to the time he finished. Thank you!

I found this company looking at a review somewhere, and they rated very highly. They gathered up and removed all the leaves, and cleaned up any dead plants and debris that was laying around. They took a little while to respond, but when they came out they did a good job. I'll most likely be using them in the future.
