I can't say enough about this company.This is the second time I have used them for raccoon removal. Last time they were on my roof and this time actually got in my attic and damaged my house. Both times I called they were at my house the same day. They are quick and accurate in their solution, explaining everything in detail. First problem resolved quickly, second one coming to conclusion. Each member of this team goes above and beyond, one even left his own lunch for bait. They are professionals in their knowledge and performance in their job. My house repair was done perfectly. These men show understanding and compassion for the problem you are dealing with and to me feel more like a friend. I am very grateful to these people for two jobs well done. These guys went way above and beyond for me and my squirrels. Originally, we all throught it was gray squirrels, but after much research and patience, they figured out it was red squirrels, which are so darn cute and much smaller and they were able to get right by the original traps; installed new traps, caught them and did not kill them because they are rare. I would highly recommend these guys, they stayed on my job 3 times longer than normal at least until they caught those squirrels. True professionals and interesting process.

This company is scheduled to "Bat proof" my home on September 10 so, currently there is nothing to review and or rate.

Excellent company, came that same day I inquired. Couldn t find the snake because of all the stuff I had in the shed. Came back the next day and caught a rat snake. Would highly recommend this company!!

The staff was pleasant and professional. They were in contact with me right away and at my home quickly and the work was complete. I cannot assess the value of services adequately because I had nothing to compare them to. However, the issue was resolved very quickly for which I was grateful and I would use them again.

I had beavers building dams on my property which backed up water onto my patios, they skinned bark off of some ornamental trees & generally caused havoc; vanguard's James was wonderful, very diligent, professional & is getting the job done.
