Treepro arrived on time. After showing them what we wanted done, and asking about other possible considerations of neighboring trees (did any trimming need to be done, etc.), Chris and his crew set to work.  They worked very efficiently, everyone having something to do (not just stand around and watch while one person worked). As we have a wood stove,  I asked them to save the wood, which they cut down to manageable pieces, and left in a nice pile.  They cleaned up all of the debris (leaves, branches) and left my yard in excellent condition. The team were very friendly and personable.  Their price quote was excellent (about $300 less than our other lowest quote).  I highly recommend them, and would use them again.

Craig and his crew did a good job and all of them worked very hard. They even did a small stump that we did not talk about with out any extra charge. This is a great company to deal with. I would recommend TreePro

The owner, Craig Marcotte, responded quickly, arrived promptly, and provided a proposal that day. We hired him over 3 others, based on professionalism, reasonable cost, and strong local recommendations. He arrived with his crew and equipment to do the job when he said he would, and did quality work on time and at the agreed price. We would definitely hire him again. We’ve already recommended him to our neighbor, who then hired him for similar work.

Very good. After having two companies give me quotes, and then never return my calls or emails, Craig and his guys were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

The removal was about $750 and the other work was $250. Craig is the owner. He was professional and knowledgeable about trees. He is not just a guy with a chain saw; he is an arborist. He has a knowledge and respect for trees that I liked. I had somebody else price it and it was the same. He wasn't cheap but he wasn't pricey either. He knew what he was doing. We had a couple of missed phone calls. He did come when he said he would. I would use them again for tree work.

The owner came out to give me an estimate. He said he would contact me the following week to schedule a date for the work to be done, but a few days later he called and said his guys had some time and could they come and do the job that afternoon, which worked out perfectly. The men who performed the work were professional, polite, nice, and enthusiastic. I could not be happier and would most definitely recommend Tree Pro and utilize them in the future.

They were prompt, clean and their price was certainly competitive. I would use them again in the future.

TreePro Inc. is really good. I would recommend them to anybody.

Overall, I would give them the highest marks. Their estimate was honored. The bid was not the lowest but it was highly competitive with the higher ranked tree companies.

It went as it should from estimate to job done no problems, and good communication.

excellent. very reliable, did a really nice job, very reasonably priced, finished work very quickly and did nice clean up. very responsive and easy to work with. would definitely use them again.

I had them remove one tree, and it went OK, but then I called them again to come back for another, larger job, and I had nothing but problems. We agreed on a price and a date, and then they didn't show. I called to find out what happened and got referred to some guy I had never talked to before who said they wanted twice the agreed-upon price (seriously!). I called my original contact back who said he would work it out, and get back to me. I wound up in a tug of war between these two guys until finally no one would return my calls. This went on for months. I bent over backwards trying to figure out what the problem was / get the work finished and its still not done. I have to start my search all over again. Maybe I got unlucky, but I can't recommend working with an organization that doesn't stand by its word. Unbelievable. And to think I was a repeat customer.

The folks were prompt, quick and did a great job. They removed one extra tree that was dead and limbed up a couple of additional trees at no extra cost.

It was the father of the owner who came to give an estimate. His was not the least expensive of the estimates I obtained, but he was an affable gentleman and so I picked his son's company. He remained in touch with me and called me to let me know when they would be there. The crew showed up on time, worked very hard and did a very nice job bringing down the trees. A separate person came afterward to grind the stumps and he did a very nice job, too. I thought that the first crew cleaned up pretty well, though not quite as well as I believe they might have. However, I had asked that the larger pieces of wood be left on site so that a neighbor of mine could put it to use and, to be fair, I was told that leaving that lumber on the ground would impede the extent to which they could effectively clean up everything.

They first worked with my schedule and came after work to provide an estimate. The prices was very competitive. They can a couple of weeks later, but probably would have come sooner, if not for the weather. Just before the work was to be done, the came back and marked all the trees/stumps/shrubs that would be included. They arrived on time and most of what needed to be done that day. There was a lot of work and my yard was an obstacle course, so they came back the next day to finish up. Their trucks did a lot of damage to my lawn, but they came back a couple of days later to fill the ruts and put down some seed. They also called after the work was done to check on my satisfaction. Overall, they did a great job.

THIS GUY IS THE BEST. HE IS VERY REASONABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND HE RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GOOD TREE REMOVAL COMPANY.

THIS COMPANY RETURNED MY CALL ON THE SAME DAY. THEY TRIMMED MY TREES VERY NICELY. THEY ARRIVED ON SCHEDULE AND CLEANED EVERYTHING UP. I THOUGHT THE COST WAS REASONABLE.
