It didn't go well. I called Suburban and spoke to the service manager who said that I still needed to pay. There was no gas leak and that sometimes the tank can expel gas which is not considered a leak. They were overall, very difficult to work with. They didn't attempt to work with me on the bill. They told me to pay or be cut off from service. Also,I only use propane for my stove. When I initially signed up for service they delivered a huge tank. This was not appropriate for my needs since I only use minimal gas. They charge me a yearly fee of 68.00 to rent this tank.They top it off, which adds up to about 110.00. I have asked them to not schedule any deliveries unless they call me first.I don't need a delivery anyway, with the size of the tank I have. I could last me 5 years without a refill.They refused to do this.As I wrote before they are very customer unfriendly,perhaps they feel its too bad because they are the only "gas game" in town. I am switching to an electric stove. Think they will give me credit on my completely filled gas tank?
