Galaxy Sprinklers

Literally my worst experience with any service provider... perhaps any human being ever.
Because I never sued him as I should have, I don't feel it's appropriate to expound on the details of this terrible experience, but I suggest you not have him provide any service to you unless you personally monitor every minute of the work.

Ken was very pleasant and easy to work with. Needed to replace a cracked pipe. He was very efficient.

I called Galaxy in desperation after 3 pleading calls and several emails to my long time sprinkler service went unheeded. We had just had the lawn reseeded and after several weeks of gushing leaks and several sprinkler heads not working, I was afraid all the newly sprouted grass was going to die. I explained my situation to Ken and even though he was booked solid, he was able to squeeze me in at the end of a Saturday, less than a week after I called.

In addition to fixing the multiple problems I initially called about, he went over the entire system to make sure everything was working, and made a lot of adjustments. He was very prompt and professional and seemed very knowledgeable.

I will be honest and say that Galaxy was considerably more expensive than the company I had been using. But I had been using them (the original company) for so long that I don't really know if their prices were just unusually low compared to most or if Galaxy is truly high. Even though my former provider cost less, it really doesn't matter when you can't even get them to return your calls or come to fix the problem.

I was very satisfied with Galaxy Sprinklers and will have them do my fall shut down and spring start up from now on.

Ken is simply the best: completely honest and fair. He is a master plumber, and he has given us advice, but we contacted him to maintain the sprinkler system in the home we bought (and which he installed decades ago for the original owner). He has always returned our calls the same day, schedules quickly, and calls to remind us about important maintenance dates (we would have forgotten to shut down the system for the season, which would have meant frozen pipes!). Totally reasonable prices!
