Wonderful!!!! We had 2 sitters from Furry Fellas who split up the tasks. Our dogs were well cared for, relaxed, happy, and healthy. All meds were given on time and noted in the 'daily recap' I got everyday. The girls did minor chores around the house (water plants, take out trash on trash day, poop patrol (better than my sons!!), etc.). They coordinated beautifully between themselves and communication with us was wonderful. What a great way to come home. Thank you Furry Fellas -- you guys are great!!!!!!!

.Love them, they are so good with our pets, even when we had one dog that was overprotective.  They play with the animals, cleanup after them and even care for little things around the house.
Love that their bonded and insured a big plus for us.  Would never want to board our pets. 
Their prices are extremely reasonable considering they are coming to our house multiple times a day and caring for each pet individually.  So much better and safer than boarding.

First of all, the company was very responsive when we initially contacted them. They provided us with lots of information about their services and got back to us quickly.
The actual service was great. the cat sitter, Petra, sent us a text message and photos every day she saw the cats. She also left a detailed report at our home.

They were good and professional.  They came everyday and left a note.  They have established me with updates on how is our dog doing every day.

Couldn't be happier with Furry Fellas - just purrrfect. We received text message updates & photos of our kitties every morning and evening from Carissa and Casey. When we retuned home there were extensive handwritten notes from each visit. They were easy to reach by phone, text, or email and very professional. We will be using them again. Would highly recommend.

Communications from Melodi and our walkers have been consistent and informative. 
There has not been a single (un- scheduled) missed visit in the year that we have been using them.  On the rare occasion our regular walker has not been available, we have received more than adequate notice - always with an offer to send a replacement walker.
I have no problem recommending their service.

We came home to 2 very happy puppies and a note from Meg detailing the weekend.  Prior to the sitting she came to meet the dogs and get acclimated to our house.  Her questions were very thorough and left me feeling secure with her in our home taking care of the dogs.  I would definitely use this company in the future.

My dog is 2 years old, very active, medium-large, and has an invisible fence collar.  She is a German Shepherd which can sometimes scare passers-by, but she is actually a sweetie.  Our family calendar is very dynamic and thus our walker sometimes has to function alone, including unlocking/locking the front door, unlocking/locking the kennel, securing/removing collars, refreshing water bowl, giving treats, performing the walk, and leaving a detailed note of time in/out, bowel movements, any highlights, issues and observations. 
After a few weeks, I am happy to report solid performance.  Our dog's walkers walkers are prompt, courteous, have plenty of experience - but mostly love our dog as much as we do.  Our dog quickly perks up when she sees her walker and she quickly settled into the routine.  The owner is quick and prompt to both phone calls and email.  I highly recommend Furry Fellas.

I really enjoy doing business with Furry Fellas Pet Service LLC. Melodi is always fast to get back to me and my sitter Lauren 
is just the sweetest person. Lauren takes good care of my dog and walk her for her 15 minute potty breaks and even plays inside with her when it rains and my dog doesn't want to go out. I know that I can trust Furry Fellas and that my dog will get what she needs when they come for a visit. I also appreciate the lovely notes that Lauren leaves us after each visit. It is very important to have a company we trust to come to our house and care for our beloved animal. I would recommend Furry Fellas to anyone who needs any of the services that they offer.

I am totally happy with the FurryFellas pet service - the person selected to visit my cats was puntual, organized and very animal friendly! She is very detail orientated and obviously loves working with animals. The office of Furry Fellas is also very easy to work with and will ask and respond to questions in reasonable time. The prices are reasonable and the service is friendly - most of all, my cats seem totally relaxed when I return, so I know I don't have to worry about them if Furry Fellas is in charge!

Overall the service went well, from prompt response to request with accomidating sitters for the dates we were away, we required 3 visits per day and they were there each time, received daily updates.

.They are reliable, kind and the owner  Melody is just wonderful and again very reliable. We are planning a trip and they will come and stay in your home and take care of the dogs. We are planning on using them for that too.

Overall I was not thrilled with the service. The service stopped because I moved (though I was unhappy with the sitters and would have switched had I not moved). Perhaps most tellingly, when I moved back to Rhode Island after having a wonderful experience with our dog walker in Norfolk, Massachusetts, I chose two different companies that I have been incredibly happy with. Having used four different dog walking companies in MA and RI in the past three years, I find Furry Fellas prices to be quite high in comparison. We had four different sitters from Furry Fellas, two of whom were quite good and we were happy with. The last two we had were not of the same caliber. One of them was terrified of our dog and the other was just very inexperienced. I was not impressed, particularly given the amount of money that we were paying. I am not sure if the company is stretched too thin, but there are definitely better options available in the area where the walkers are very experienced, love dogs, have reasonable prices, and really tire the dogs out.

We called Furry Fellas Pet Sitting company to arrange an interview to take care of our pets. They were very professional and our dogs took to them right away. They've actually sat for us twice, and both times were great experiences. Our sitter called us with daily updates, and took care of our pets in our home so that we did not need to put them through the stress of boarding. Beyond that, the pet sitting was MUCH cheaper and much more convenient than boarding would ever be. We probably would have paid twice as much to board the animals as we paid for Furry Fellas to come take care of them. We had our sitter stay overnight with them, and do afternoon potty breaks for the dogs. Our house looked just as clean as it did when we left, and our pets were happy and in good health when we arrived home. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs to travel and cannot take their furry-kids with them.
