I also went to another store to research tires to purchase and felt the quality of the tires at BJs was better than the cheaper no name I would have purchased at the other store. The service team was professional in installing the tires and aligning my car. They answered all of my questions over the phone in a patient manner, as I asked a lot of questions.

They had a good price. The only problem with BJ's is there is no service whatsoever. They have nobody to help you. You have to do all the research yourself on the computer and then go pick the item. But that's why they have good prices. Everything is bought in bulk. I went there because of the price and they had what I was looking for.
