House Cleaning
Martinha came to review and quote job. Was very harsh in describing some of the needs, indicating why it would take so much time, i.e. $$, to complete. Ultimately, she scheduled 4 times, came twice. Was on time none of the times. Never touched the areas that she initially said would need attention first, and did some very bizarre "relocations" of some household items, e.g. put a pair of pliers in the refrigerator; left an area rug outside in the snow; put slippers in a kitchen food cabinet, etc. When I told her I was unwilling to reschedule yet again, she was abusive. Poor work. Terrible reliability and worse professionalism.
