"(member name removed) signed an estimate as well as a work order stating exactly what services she wanted. She initially signed a work order for $1,853.85 for services rendered. When shown all of the rodent droppings throughout the air duct system,including a dead mouse ,I offered to sanitize the entire system for less than half price. She accepted,we sanitized for germs and bacteria. She paid me for the service. The next day she wanted a refund for the filters she purchased from us .I refunded her money for the filters the next day, only to find out she had written on them with magic marker. Later THAT day she called and wanted her money back for the sanitizing. This I refused to do . She Paid for a service we provided.We fully explained the benefits of all our services to every customer,including (member name removed). And the sanitizing took two men twenty minutes to perform, as our foggers have very powerful motors. We also changed the batteries in her basement smoke detectors n.c."
