"Luke, I apologize for the misunderstanding on the appointment. I sent you an email stating I was out about 8 weeks on the schedule and to let me know if you needed any further assistance. I never heard back from you... which happens frequently when someone doesn't want additional info (did you try calling or emailing me?). Please reconsider this 2 star rating, since we never spoke or worked out an estimate."
