Ron has long and deep local relaionships with quality sub contractors and the more freedom you give him, the faster, better and cheaper the work gets done. after every day, the house was cleaned, tools put away and the disrutions was minimized, especially important since it was the kitchen. he spoke constantly with the deisgner to insure cabinets were on time and well done and was very involved in the details.
