Mark was freindly, courteous and prompt. Our outdoor shower has exposed piping and I wanted the repair work done in a particular way to maintain the aesthetic appeal. I explained this to Mark and he did the work exactly as requested. Inside the house he didn't just change the spool in the valve but he took time to make sure the valve body was properly cleaned and in good condition to receive the replacement parts. All of the work he performed for us was performed to our satisfaction. Mark left all of the work areas in a clean and satisfactory condition. He was also very freindly to our 9 year old son who enjoyed watching the work being done. I will definitely give Modern Plumbing a call if we need help in the future.

The metal braid connector on the hot water facet service split in the middle of the night and we woke up to find a liquid disaster. The plumber recommended that we replace both (hot and cold) braided metal connectors as they were the same vintage. Good idea that I had not thought of and not a huge extra expenditure since he was already there. Modern Plumbing was recommended by Coastal Plumbing because the owner used to work for them. I was very pleased!

The old water heater was of an 800-gallon capacity. I went from one size water heater to a different sized one, so he had to really do some work for me. He was prompt and honest. He used to stick to the schedule that he promised. He was agreeable and willing to listen to my inputs as to what I wanted, and he did just what I wanted. He was excellent. I was pleased with the price too. It was pretty comparable.
