Pleased with price, another contractor quoted double price

Atlas Painted initially powerwashed the entire build.  Once dried, they scraped and sanded the entire building.  The next step was to put a prime coat on the trim.  Then the initial coat on the body of the home. They applied the stain with an airless spray and it came out great.  Then they applies the second coat with the airless.  It should be noted, that in addition to the airless spray, they also brushed the stain into the wood to assure that the coverage was even and smooth.  The final step was to put a second coat of paint on the trim and in some cases make repairs where needed.
The results were outstanding.  My ratings were not only result of how good the final results were, but also on the professionalism this company displayed during the process.  I would recomment Atlas Painting to anyone and would invite them to see the final product.  Besides the work that the staff did, they were also meticulous about the gardens and trees surrounding the house. Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly, cooperative and responsive.  
Atlas was one of 5 contractors asked to bid on the work.  Their estimate, which was what I wound up paying, was somewhere in the middle of all the bids.  However, it should be noted that my next door neighbor had used atlas 6 or 7 years ago and the job was outstanding.  It looks like a new paint job 6 years later.  That helped in the decision making. 
I will alway call on Atlas for and Painting, both exterior and interior.
