Services provided are based on each customers residential needs in and around the home.I work alone,independently. I have hired subcontractors to build decks,remodel bathrooms and larger painting projects and big entertainment events. Fees for trips exceeding 30 minutes of travel time either way may be considered depending upon customers capability.Service rates are based upon a $30.00 hourly rate and in consideration of the customers budget. All aforementioned services may be incorporated into one agreement.Cost of food items or products may be either, purchased by customers or payed for by me and then reinburst to me upon receipt of purchase.In consideration of a confident and favorable relationship with the customer.Discounts are available but may vary according to each customers preference.
