All the groomers were very attentive to my dog who is 11 years old.  Very kind and gentle.  My dog was happy and very clean at the end of the grooming.  His behavior showed that he was "feelin' good!"

I needed to find a new groomer for my 11 year old Pomeranian due to very limited availability at his regular groomer.  He is blind so I was really nervous about him going to a new place and new person.  The owner was very nice on the phone and arranged an appointment time where it would be a little quieter for him and he could get him groomed quickly.
They called me in a few hours telling me he was ready to go home, then the owner called to confirm how I wanted his paws groomed.  When I picked my dog, he looked wonderful, he smelled great and didn't seem stressed at all. The price was even lower than what I'm use to paying. 
I will certainly use Tidy Tails again.

I had been using a show groomer that was quite far from home and decided to try this local shop. My dogs are large Irish Setters that have long coats with feathering. They need to be hand stripped and expertly trimmed. A mistake could cause months out of the show ring. This is a breed that pet groomers may not have a lot of experience with. Not Tidy Tails. The owner, Rick Kinsella is a perfectionist. The dogs are perfectly groomed. He knows the dogs and they love going there for their spa day.

Fabulous job!  Nice, neat, clean cut. 

We have taken our dog to Tidy Tails several times, and have been pleased with their work. They brush him well, which helps keep down the shedding for a few days. They even make him smell good! (No easy task). The staff are friendly and patient with the dogs.
