Horrible! Don’t call this company. I almost never write reviews, but this was beyond belief. My son’s boiler wouldn’t stay running. Had to hit the reset button every time he wanted it to come on. This was during a time in February when the night temps were in the teens. Superior Comfort came and he told them it wouldn’t stay on. When he came home from work his house was 45 degrees. They told him they had 2 plans he could choose from. The “safe” plan for 3000 and the elite plan for 5000. He chose the safe plan and paid them 3000, which was a total ripoff. They replaced a few things and cleaned the filter and nozzle, not much else, over 3 days! and then they said We’re sorry, it can’t be fixed, but we’ll knock off the 3000 on a new boiler which would be 13000, minus the 3000 already paid. It’s a 775 sq ft 1 bedroom. So they wanted 10 thousand more to replace it. Stay away! They have no shame. Taking advantage of people is not a good look. Hire someone else.

I hired Superior to do a routine clean & inspect and to check on an issue the system was having in the Spring with a 4 year old HVAC system. Instead, I get 2 kids that showed up to clean the AC handler. When I mentioned the heating system clean up, they indicated they were not scheduled for doing that. I mentioned a system issue that was happening and they did try to remedy that by taping up an exterior duct that may causing the issue. Fast forward to October when it’s heating season and I’m still having the same issue. When I called them to report that the initial problem & service had not been corrected they told me, we will send someone out, but it is likely we will have to charge you again. Mind you I already paid almost $300 for service that did not include a cleaning, a filter, or a remedy to the problem I was calling about in the first place. Hire someone who knows what they are doing.

Superior Comfort seems to forget about it's customers. I had made an appointment for regular service on my AC unit 6 days out. Just a check up to make sure everything was working correctly. Later that day I realized that the air from the unit wasn't very cold. So I called back to see if they could fit me in any earlier. They offered me an overtime visit with a two hour minimum. I could tell it was going to be a hot weekend so I decided that it needed to be fixed sooner rather then later. The tech arrived fiddled around for an hour and told me that the unit was too hot to test and that he would be back to test it after it cooled off. He then collected his $300 and left. He disconnected the condenser completely so I can't use it at all. The next day came and went with no call, then a long holiday weekend, so I expected to see him for my ALREADY SCHEDULED appointment. No show. When I called Superior Comfort they said they didn't have anything on the books for me and that it would be another 3 days before a tech could come out. They forgot about my appointment, and now I'm stuck waiting. Their only response was "sorry". Stay away from this company, they aren't interested in actually helping customers.

They started exactly on time and finished their work in 3 days. The 4th day was to get everything inspected by the city
electrical inspector. 4 days which is what they promised. Jacob was very clear on what needed to be done and why. We got all new duct work. We got a mini split cooling and heating unit for a separate family room. Jeremy oversaw the installation and explained
how everything works and maintenance needs. Jacob came back to see that everything was done properly. We've now had time to evaluate both A/C and heating. Having central air is heavenly! The new heating system is even better! The house now heats up quickly and evenly. Carla helped us out by filling out paperwork for the substantial National Grid rebates. We got all of our rebates with no problems. So happy with our new HVAC system. Superior Comfort was a pleasure doing business with.
