They never worked a full week with constant problems which they blamed on Lowes and anything else they could blame. They seldom worked a full day and there were multiple up charges for things they should have known about before starting the work. They never seemed to understand the job they were there to do and complained about the commute. When we asked them to put back a light they took down to paint, they would tell us they didn't have the P.O to do that work. Everything was nickel and dime in which they would not do the work or tell us they did it as a favor. We paid more than full price for the work to be done! They eventually abandoned the job half way through which may not be a bad thing as we plan to have professionals come in to complete the work.

Owner was timely with appointment and detailed estimate. Provided suggestions based on my description of how I would be using the room. They were professional throughout the project. They were at the job every day until the room was completed. They listened to my concerns and, although they made suggestion
(often saving me money), they never tried to sway my opinion. the subcontractor worked well with the crew.

I have more work coming up and can't wait to have Ravenswood return to my home and make it extraordinary! I recommend them to everyone.
