Very well.

For insurance purposes the work needed to be completed in a timely fashion. The work was completed within the time frame we needed. We had daily contact with John regarding the work and what we needed to provide (i.e. lighting, faucets, etc). All of the subcontractors did the work when we were told that it was going to happen. He worked with us regarding a new layout and provided advice as to what would work best. This was our first time doing anything like this and things went better than I expected a construction project could go.

He was professional, responsive and punctual. He did the work quickly but his pricing was on the higher side. The quality of his work was good and I was satisfied with his service.

Home Medics (Jon Perry) were very punctual. Jon can do most renovation projects or knows someone who can. He is professional and polite. We just bought an old house and once we started the renovations, realized that it was too much for us to do all on our own. Jon's team had 3 bedrooms fully stripped of all horse hair plaster and all of the mess cleaned up in one day. They had the living room done the next. They even vacuumed the nasty old rug we had down to protect the floor, even after we told them not to bother! The whole project was finished in less than a week. They did cost us more than we had budgeted, but you get what you pay for and in this case, we got exceptional service and a job done with the highest standards, finished quickly and completely cleaned up. (They even took away some of our things that we were planning on taking to the dump).
