The man I spoke with on the phone was very polite and easy to speak with. He got right back to me with an estimate. It was good timing in that they were able to deliver the wood that day. They showed up 2 hours later. The deliver person was nice and thoughtful. He made sure nothing would be damaged upon unloading.
