Zompa plumbing came an hooked up my kitchen under-mount sink after I had new granite countertops installed.  It turned out to be a very complicated process as the new sink was much lower than the original and all the plumbing underneath needed to be replace along with the garbage disposal moved to the opposite sink.  Mike Zompa explained all my options and we agreed on the best solution. He was on time, allowing me to not be without a kitchen sink for long!  The previous plumbing from 20 years ago had pitch issues which he fixed and now it works great.

It went well.

2002 Burnham Series 2 Gas Boiler On October 8, 2009, the owner of Zompa arrived with a gentleman who was not employed with Zompa Plumbing & Heating. Zompa?s friend was to clean my furnace. Let?s call him ?Peter?. The owner stated over and over again if ?Joe? could clean a furnace than Peter could do it. The owner spent 15 minutes giving instruction on ?How to Clean a Furnace?. As the owner left my home, he said, ?Peter call me if he had any questions, I?ll be home on the couch.? I noticed in November that water was leaking from a pipe. When the Burnham Boiler didn?t work, I called another company. Because the cleaning, the boiler need most pieces replaced. Receipt # 865061

He came in looked at switches and relays, with no testing equipment, decided swithces were fine. Next he wanted to turn the furnace on, even though he had just examined the firebox at which point he should have realized that the pilot light was not yet lit. I had to provide a lighter to get it going. He left promising info and prices on parts and have not heard from him yet.

I have used them before and they didn't fix the problem and to come out again they wanted to be paid again so I called someone else. I didn't use him in eight or ten years and I needed some work done so I thought that I would use them. The office manager told me they would be here on Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. so we waited at home ALL day and no one showed so we waited for a follow up call and still no one called.

THEY WERE VERY EXPERIENCED AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO SCRATCH THE SURFACE OF THE SINK. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, AND WE HAVE RECOMMEND THEM TO LOTS OF PEOPLE ALREADY.

THE CREW DID A GREAT JOB. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND EASY TO WORK WITH. I REALLY ENJOYED HAVING HIM WORK IN MY HOME BECAUSE HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. WOULD RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS.
