They are an old fashioned hardware store. No appliances, no furniture, no Christmas decorations. What they have are friendly people who know how to fix things, and what works and what doesn't. Tell them your problem, and they will know the best way to solve it. They can't match the big box stores on prices, but you don't have to deal with some clueless twenty year old in an orange vest.
