Insurance Agencies
For some unknown reason, our policies were transferred to the most inept and unpleasant agent we have ever encountered (Kizzy Moraldo). She rarely returned phone calls, and when she did, she was unfamiliar with the policies, and provided minimal information along with maximum frustration. I reported her to the powers-that-be, and agency manager (Doug Mayhew) quickly took care of all of my issues. He transferred our accounts back to the most wonderful of agents (Pat Stuckey) who quickly, pleasantly, accurately and respectfully answered all of my questions. He also addressed this with the inept agent.
