I cannot say enough what a pleasure it was to have Stephen work on my floors after previous not so great experiences with other floor guys (got stood up without even a phone call to let me know they would not be coming, had phone wires cut with sanding machine, etc.) If you want someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, does a great job and cares about the work and making sure his customer is happy, Stephen is your man.

Stephen is the owner and he does installation and refinishing. I spent $1700 on that work. He gave me an estimate and explained what he was doing. He told me how long the work would take and he was prompt, and the results were excellent. He also gave me a military discount.
