Overall my experience was fine. My only major complaint is that he was late on the two occassions he showed up.
The first time I called he showed up the same day to quote me a price, but I had to call him a second time that day as he hadn't arrived within about 30min of when he said he would be there. It is same-day service, so I wasn't too bothered. However, we had a 9:30 appointment the day of the service, and I had to call him about 10:15 to find out why he hadn't showed up yet. He said he was leaving and would be there in 5min, which he was. I haven't had any issues with the locks since.

Matt is fabulous. He was busy the day I needed help but went out of his way to take on my job in between his others. Excellent customer service, quality work. I can't say enough nice things about this company.

I HAVE HAD DOZENS OF KEYS MADE THERE AND THEY ALWAYS WORK. THEY HAVE A BIG VARIETY OF LOCKS TO CHOOSE FROM. THEY ARE QUALIFIED TO DO ALL TYPES OF LOCKS, AND THIS IS WHY I CHOSE THEM.
