We began this process 4 years ago, looking both online and in person when we visited family in the general Boston area. We learned of Louise and John from family members who had been very pleased with their work. From the time we first began working with them, we really put them through their paces. We looked everywhere and had more questions that you could imagine. Each time we met with them, we narrowed the field a bit more. When we decided to build in a small condo development this complicated the process even more. Still these 2 pros walked and talked us through this process...and we enjoyed each contact we had with them! One bit of information that makes this a bit more unusual: we like to buy and sell by owner and have done so for the last homes we've owned, until this one. We could not have done this purchase without Louise and John. They are simply the best! We have been in our new condo for 3 months and love it!
