A+10 Yes, the DiOreo brothers are the go-to guys for lawn watering systems in Barrington. The well went in in about 4 hrs the day after I called and developed 10 gpm - plenty of water for my 10,000 sq ft yard. I had them add the sprinkler system this year (2017) to complete the job. I'm known for pinching pennies, so of course there was a bit of sticker shock, but they did the job right the first time. Bonus: they have answered calls when I had a question. My only regret is I didn't have them do the job 10 years ago.

With a browning lawn, it was time to get our irrigation system fixed and running. I called numerous irrigation companies, but only one was able to get back to me. Not only that, but Doug had an opening today, so he was able to come over in just a few minutes. He quickly, professionally, and completely solved the problem. He had the correct type of spare solenoid for my irrigation system, and he even checked the programming. Clearly DiOrio plumbing is the ones to deal with here in Barrington, RI. I will be using this group again.

Responded to phone message within half an hour, came over fifteen minutes later. Quoted a very fair price for the work--75% lower than the price Roto Rooter wanted to charge us--then did the work quickly and efficiently. The plumber was gracious and friendly. I'd recommend DiOrio to anyone, without reservation.

I've used DiOrio a few times. They show up on time, are very pleasant and professional, and even saved me money by telling me that my furnace doesn't need to be replaced yet (I thought it did, and was ready to spend the money). They also saved me a service call by diagnosing a plumbing problem over the phone, and referring me to a sewer service that could fix the problem.  I wouldn't call anybody else.
At an apartment where I used to live I lost heat in the middle of the winter.  They showed up at 8am in a blizzard to replace the furnace. I was amazed.

They are our "go to" plumbers. Once, my water tank leaked and they had a new one in within two hours. No "emergency" charge.

After getting an outrageous quote from a recommended provider I got their name from my brother in law (a former plumber) who had diagnosed the issue originally. He said the price was a ripoff for a $20 part that takes ten minutes to install. He called and checked with a local supply house. They recommended Diorio so I called and the technician came rightish out out. He diagnosed the problem which was a faulty thermocoupler (as I expected). He replaced the part and checked out the boiler. All this took under an hour from call to completion. The first person I called quoted me over $600 then dropped it to $520 because I was a member of this list. Be wary of special offers and don't be sucked in by recommended providers on this list. Anyone can publish a review and A grades are not hard to influence with a few good reviews. Check other lists too as some may have very different reviews. Above all anyone who quotes something without coming out or doesn't disclose price structure is not to be trusted. If I hadn't had a friend in the business I would be out over $500...

The work was done in one day. The plumber's assistants arrived early on the scheduled morning and were done by the early afternoon. The work was handled professionally and courteously. The crew cleaned up after themselves. The assistant in charge installed approximately 22 feet or baseboard heat, tested the system and installed an additional thermostat. The crew had to cut the shingles off the bottom of the wall in order to bring the necessary pipes into the room. They entered through the basement, cutting a small and very neat portion of the finished basement ceiling in order to access the room  All care was taken to prevent damage to the basement ceilings and walls.

D'Orio plumbing has made many service calls to my home for a variety of issues (sprinklers, faucet problems, etc.) They respond almost immediately to my calls and typically can make service calls within a day of my inquiry.  Always professional service with competitive pricing.

DiOrio was able to come out to my home right away to provide a quote. It did take about a week to get the quote in writing, but once I had it, his price was cheaper than other plumbers by about $1000. DiOrio was able to schedule the work right away during a time that was good for me. The DiOrio team was punctual and polite, and completed the job within the time frame I had been given. Quality of equipment was very high (Weil McLain) and just right for my needs. Hot water has been excellent ever since. There was a gurgling noise coming from my baseboards after installation, but DiOrio came out right away and addressed the issue free of charge. When I ultimately received the bill, there were no surprise costs, and I paid exactly the amount initially quoted.  Will definitely use them in the future.

I've dealt with DiOrio Plumbing for years for all my plumbing needs. The entire job was accomplished in about 20 minutes. They leave everything neat and clean the area. They take the time during and after the job to explain the problem and solution.

I would recommend them without reservation based on my years of experience with them.

Went well. Prompt response, showed up when they said they'd show up, got the job done in a neat and timely fashion. Would definitely use them again.

I would call this plumber again. the best thing was responsiveness, quality and professionalism.. Unfortunately, couldn't comment on the price. I don't remember off hand.

I have used him several time in the past. I called the same day and they came out to fix a leak and a pipe from the dishwasher to garbage disposal. They are a local company they are responsive and reasonably priced. They usually give you an estimate but this was so minor that I just had them fix it. They are a local small business and I like supporting them. I have no need or reason to be looking for a new plumber.

one day remove and replace furnaces-- brought and removed all equipment through bulkhead in basement. Very efficient several men worked until the job was done.
