CINDERELLA MAID SERVICE

Terrible! First of all, I asked for someone who speaks English. Prior to the appointment, a woman was sent to my home to assess the situation. She spoke English and I was left with the impression that this would be the woman who would do the work. The day of the appointment, someone entirely different showed up who spoke very little English. Her work was awful - to say the least. I got so disgusted that I made her redo the bedroom. Dusting was not complete. Bathroom faucets were left with stains and streaks. She completed the second bathroom and, at that point, I just had her do the floor of the second bedroom, the kitchen, and dining room floor. She dusted the living room and vacuumed. I bowed out of her doing any top work in the kitchen. Did not clean glass fixture or glass lamp. At first I was quoted $70. Marlene, (the person in charge of this outfit), then quoted me $60. Overall...really bad experience. Definitely would NOT recommend for someone who needs a cleaning lady who can do work that they can't do themselves.
