Remarkable attention to detail. He and his crew were immaculate on the job. Whether working on the exterior or the interior, the work area was always cleaned up at the end of the day.
Description of Work: Resided exterior areas of the house. Replaced windows and sliding glass door. Remodeled Family Room. Completely gutted existing master bath and bedroom. Installed custom cabinetry throughout master bedroom. Installed marble tile in master bath, along with new shower and vanity, etc.

 + -1 moreMr. Frias does superb work. Buildwel, his company, gets it right regardless how long it takes. And it does not add charges for time spent on trial and error when addressing a new problem.
Description of Work: Mr. Frias and/or his crew have, over the years, rebuilt a section of our house, including installation of new walls, repaired a roof leak, painted, dealt with plumbing problems, and more general contracting issues. The expenditure number above is a very rough estimate. I have always found him to be far more than reasonable.
