2007--he was great; responsive, quality work, good price, creative approach to design, plus responsible weekly lawn maintenance; 2008--he doubled his team's size and # of equipment; his service was adequate, but I had to call many times to get things done; even the weekly lawn maintenance; 2009--only the weekly lawn maintenance was done well; he never finished trimming bushes, despite many calls for this to be done; he billed me for the full effort, even when I left weekly phone vmails and wrote several letters asking for the work to be done; in good faith, I even paid him for 1/2; I finally sent him a letter terminating his service; he never responded but still sends bills for the unpaid portion of the trimming bill (altho the work was never done); 2009--he was fined by the Town of Warren for operating a Landscaping business from a residential property without a zoning waiver
