Excellent services especially from Kathy and Laura. They treat our dog as their own. Great facility, lots of room and the kennels are large sized.

We used Queen of the Valley Farm to board our 2 dogs. After a month of searching for the right fit, and, although it was approximately 30 minutes from our house, it turned out that Queen of the Valley Farm was perfect. Unlike the other kennels that we visited, Queen of the Valley Farm had a warm and comfortable feeling about it. The others were quite dark and dingy. The owner lives on site, the kennels were spotless, and, the dogs receive plenty of outdoor time and exercise. The staff was also warm, inviting, and, appeared to really like their jobs and taking care of the dogs. One other major positive attribute worth mentioning is that unlike most other kennels where a-la-cart fees add up quickly, it does not cost extra for EVERYTHING. We even visited a kennel where they charged to take your dog to do their business! Although we haven't had the need to board our dogs since this date of service, Queen of the Valley will be our first choice when the time comes.

Kathy Poole, the owner, comes to the house around 7:30 AM to pick up our girls. A 35 pound mix breed rescue named Daisy, and our 160 pound St Bernard named Dakota. She takes them to the Facility, which is also a doggie daycare. With 2 huge Corrals for dogs that play well with others, she lets the girls play most of the day, then grooms them and transports them home.
There are no hidden areas like some kennels. They gladly show you where they store your dogs food, bath them, and accommodate them for their stay. We've been places with our last dog, that she would refuse to go in the building once she there before. With this place, just tell the girls that Kathy is coming and they are focused on the driveway until she arrives and says, Hey Girlie Girls, ready for a ride.
No Hair in my car. No taking time off work to take them there, and we ALWAYS know the girls are safe and with people that Love what they do.
