The old furnace had to be replaced, so they put a new one in. They took the old one out. They hooked the new one up. They were here all of one day, maybe two days. A couple of guys came out to do it. If you have an emergency they come right out. They are very friendly and everything. Their prices are very reasonable.

From the minute he showed up to do the estimate Todd Ziegler was professional and thorough.  In the estimate he gave us choices for efficiency and cost for the new system, listing available manufacturer rebates as well as local electric company rebates to help us make our decision.  When we signed the contract we put 1/3 of the payment down and paid the final 2/3 upon completion of the work. Todd said the installation would take 2 days and the men were finished in 1.5 days.   The two men who did the installation were as professonal and thorough as Todd; there were absolutely no issues during the process and everything went extremely smoothly and quickly.  When the system was up and running we were shown how to set up the programmable thermostat and control both heating and cooling.  All remnants of the old furnace and air-conditioner were removed and the work area in the basement was completely cleaned.  Holes drilled in the foundation of the house for ventilation pipes and wiring were sealed.  Looking at the completed piping and wiring it was evident that all work was done with care and forethought, nothing was haphazard.  It is impossible for me to imagine anyone else could have done a better installation job.  Now I am waiting to reap the financial benefits of the new high efficiency heating and cooling system but am already enjoying a much quieter system that keeps the house more comfortable than the aging system which it replaced.  With the receipt for final payment from Ziegler's we also received utility company rebate forms that had been completely filled out for us and were told that the manufacturer rebate forms had already been sent to the company for us too.  Every detail of the job was completed to our total satisfaction; I would not hesitate to recommend Ziegler Heating & Cooling to anyone looking to replace their furnace or air-conditioner.

We actually interviewed about 5 or 6 different heating and air conditioning companies for this addition, and they were the only company that was able to come up with a solution to modify our existing heating rather than everybody else who were proposing an entirely separate system.  They did very good work.

Good install -- 2 crews used.

First crew arrived at 8:30 and removed old furnace and installed new, 2nd crew arrived mid-morning and installed and plumbed A/C unit.  Work area cleaned up and all parts hauled away.  All work complete in one day.  New unit runs much quieter than old and the areas is a lot neater.  

They are pretty good. They have always been prompt. They installed the unit several years ago. I keep using their service because they know the furnace.
