Abbruzzese Appliance Repair

Lenny returned my call within a few hours. He explained that he does not service Samsung appliances. I told him I didn’t know what to do as my refrigerator is 11 years old, should I try to repair it again or buy a new one. I had manually defrosted it a month ago and it worked for 2 weeks, Then I had an appliance service person come out. He used a special dryer and showed me the evaporator fan was working. It lasted 2 weeks. Lenny was very helpful and gave me sound advice over the phone. I will always be grateful to him for trying to help me. I would definitely call him for a future appliance repair and would highly recommend him to my friends for appliance repair. I should also add that the first time I called 3 repair services and they never returned my calls. Not sure if they also did not service Samsung but a return call would have been appreciated.

I had problems with the washer filling then stopping. It ended up only being some loose screws and he showed me what to do if they loosen up again.  The icemaker on the GE Profile Refrigerator/freezer was not working.  Lenny replaced the part on that then troubleshooted an on and off again problem I was having with the refrigerator stopping and starting.  He had to replace the board for the motor.
His communication and service was excellent.  He returned my calls on a very timely basis and always followed up with me.  He came out one day after I called him initially.  He is also very thorough in explaining the problem and how the appliances are supposed to work.  I would definitely recommend Lenny and will be contacting him for any future appliance repair needs. 

Everything went perfectly.  He showed up on time. Was polite and neat. He took time to thoroughly investigate the problem.  Show me the problem and then fix it.

The service person came out quickly (after I had called twice). He did look at my microwave and said he would have to order parts. He also looked at my dishwasher that was making a noise and made some adjustments to it. He did not charge me at the time, but said he would call me once the part for my microwave came in. He has NEVER called back, despite my calling twice. I finally ended up replacing my microwave and hiring someone else to install it.

I spent $150 on that work. My interaction with them was excellent. I recommend them highly to anyone who has a dishwasher or any appliance.

I returned home after being away for two weeks to find my freezer on my side-by-side refrig./freezer in the midst of defrosting. Soon everything had defrosted and my refrigerator had also begun to get warm. With company coming from England in a day, I panicked. My call was returned very quickly - Lenny arrived soon after placing the call and knew it was the 'relay' and replaced it. I will definitely use this company again for any problems I have in the future and will recommend them to friends/family that may need appliance repairs. I know they must think they just 'repaired' the refrig/freezer, but it was so much more than that. With company arriving tomorrow from England - with being away for two weeks and having a list of things I need to do (none of which included buying a new refrigerator!) - and having lost my husband a year ago.....well, their professionalism and courtesy meant so much!

I HAVE A DOUBLE DOOR REFRIGERATOR THAT WAS ONE YEAR AND 14 DAYS OLD. THAT MEANT IT WAS JUST 14 DAYS OUT OF WARRANTY WHEN THE PROBLEM HAPPENED. THE FRIDGEDAIRE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER AGREED TO DO THE REPAIR FREE OF CHARGE FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION REASONS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE AT FRIDGEDAIRE WERE GREAT. THEY PUT ME IN TOUCH WITH THE REPAIR SERVICE BUSINESS. THE ABBRUZZESE PEOPLE CAME THE NEXT DAY AND DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM WITH THE DOOR. HE ADDED SOME WASHERS WHICH LIFTED THE DOOR SO THAT IT WOULD CLOSE CORRECTLY. THEY WERE ON TIME FRIENDLY AND GAVE ME A DETAILED RECEIPT. I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING. THE COST WAS ABSORBED UNDER THE WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCT, WHICH THE COMPANY HAD EXTENDED FOR ME.
