Description of Work: I had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. They had a deal for a ten year warranty, and we got everything set up so the I would be sure to get it. I gave them a "B" on punctuality because we had set up an earlier date, but they had something come up so we had to reschedule. Otherwise they explained everything very well and say they will contact me to finish my air conditioning install once it gets warm.

As usual, his service is superb, showing me what I could do to clean out the next clog myself. We have used Brown's for about 25 years and are extremely happy with them. Both houses have undergone extensive renovations involving all aspects of the services they provide. We've used numerous contractors for these jobs and we consider Brown's work to be the best of all. We have never had a problem or a call-back. Additionally, I often recommend contractor types to my customers. Every one of them that has had work done by Brown's is well satisfied.

Description of Work: Ron & son replaced a shower faucet (3 handles & spout). They brought everything needed with them and had it done within an hour of arriving. Works perfectly now! Great work !

Description of Work: Jennifer gave detail info on what was going to be done on a plumbing problem and also advised that we would get a rebate on having the A/C checked and sent the rebate info one day after the work was done. I already scheduled my furnace check up.

We have used their services for heating and air conditioning as well as several plumbing projects involving kitchen and bath remodeling. They are prompt, and punctual and the jobs have always been done " right " the first time. We have had several technicians work on the house and these guys are at the top of the list!
