It was a very unique design with 45 degree angles and multi level deck. It's all modern composite decking. Its a very modern deck, but still retains the colonial style of the home. It was a challenging build. The work turned our beautifully.

There were some pretty challenging aspects of adding steal beams to the and shoring up the floor. He was working around a 1 year old baby around the house as well. The finished project retained the old colonial style all while giving it really nice modern touches. The kitchen ended up looking like something out of a showroom.

The unique thing was that he was recommended by our home inspector. Scott was working on home with my wife being pregnant and after the baby was born 1-2 months and was very considerate while in the home. The level of work he completed was good and good with working around the things that would come up. Very meticulous as a finishing contractor and very knowledgeable with working with 100 year old home. We had him in our home almost everyday and felt like he was part of the family. Scott was very meticulous about cleaning up after every day.
