When compared to other dry cleaners in the York area, Zips really stands out in the following areas:
Pricing: Absolutely the lowest prices though does required pre pay and cash only.
Turnaround time: In by 9am, out by 5pm, including Saturdays. Extremely reliable and accomplished via on-site plant. Not aware of any comparable set up in York area.
Hours: 7am to 7pm, six days a week (closed Sundays)
Quality: Almost perfect, an occasional creased shirt or broken button.
Reliability: Always ready at or before time promised. Have never lost or misplaced any garments.
Attentiveness: Friendly competent staff that generally goes out of their way to please.

ZIPS is great, I go because of the great price. The employees are fine and there is a quick turn around, I can drop it off at 8am and pick it up by 5pm. They may not be the best at what they do but the price and turn around are phenomenal.

They do a good job. Everybody there is friendly. It is a line up when you go in and you have to usually wait there a little bit, but their prices are good. They have a separate line to pick up and drop off. It takes a little longer usually. Your stuff is ready by 5 p.m. the next day.
