We have used Williams Service for the past 9 years. They come in the spring to service our air conditioner and the fall to service our furnace. They have always been courteous, professional and prompt.

Our air conditioning lines were freezing when it was trying to cool. The technician arrived right on time. he recharged the system and determined that the test port was leaking and tightened it. He then cleaned the condenser coils. Once he was done cleaning he checked the charge and topped it off. All in all he was here 1 hour and was very professional and courteous.

The job went well. They wanted me to pay without an invoice at the time of service. I do not like that, I really want to have an invoice to pay the bill from.

My HVAC unit in the basement was leaking. I chose to call Williams Service Co since I was happy with the service they had previously perfomed for me when my exterior fan unit would not run . I phoned Williams around noon today, explained my situation (non-emergency) and was asked by the dispatcher if it would be ok if a Technician could come out today!!! I said sure, the technician arrived about 45 mins later, performed the service (my drain plug was clogged) He also cleaned both units (interrior and exterior,( sustained 2 bee stings serving the exterior unit)), checked the system and my HVAC is back and running at peak efficiency. I have been dealing with Williams Service Co for my HVAC needs since 2008, and I would reccomend them. I have never had a bad experience with their technicians or dispatchers. They also are reasonably priced for the service they perform.
