From the first call to the office through the final work being done all details are handled in a professional manner. They are wonderful to deal with.

I called Specialty Tree Service about removing 6 trees of various sizes (~12and quot; - 36and quot; dbh) that were right next to my house. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very nice and accomodating and had someone out to meet me within about an hour. I met with Kyle who was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. He provided me with a quote on the spot, which seemed very reasonable to me. However after I received two other quotes that were a little more than half as much, I decided to go with someone else.

contacted Specialty Tree Service who gave me an estimate on the spot; scheduled a window of time that they would be able to do the work which was acceptable to me; asked if they were able to do it earlier if that would be ok. I needed called the night before as this was work done at a rental property and that I would need to have tenants move cars in rear parking lot. They called night before work; completed work before initial schedule window; removed all debris, no damage to yard as the trucks had to move on my lawn; leveled all ground after stumps were removed.

The boss and his crew arrived and we walked around the yard to make sure all the work I wanted done was on list. I added a maple tree and stump that the electric company destroyed by trimming for electric lines. Crew started to work right away.They were very professional and did a excellent job. Cleaned up all tree trimmings and filled in hole after stump removal. Would recommend them highly.

A really good experience. The estimator came out within a day of the initial call I made to them. He was kind, polite and professional. He provided a quote which was reasonable. I changed my mind once or twice on the exact work I wanted and the estimator was patient with my changes. The crews that were sent out were all professional and very polite. The work was done quickly and with strong emphasis on safety. Clean up was great other than saw dust that coated my dark mulch bed. I recommend this company to anyone who needs tree service.

I have a an old apple tree in which a major limb and an adjacent limb came down. I called them, and, that very afternoon they were out to see me. They gave me an estimate, and sent their men to my house. The work was done within an hour. They are extremely professional, extremely fair, and kept in touch with me regarding details. Furthermore, I was anxious in having this tree cut, it was a very beautiful tree, and the damage to it was extensive. A lot had to be taken down, but what a beautiful job they did! I highly recommend this company!

I was looking for a tree service to remove some bushes around the house. I passed their truck parking lot, and they all looked like they were well cared for and clean- probably indicates they care about their work. I called and reached one of their people right away, They came over and gave me an estimate within a couple hours, and we agreed to have the work done. Ten days later they showed up, did the work, cleaned up very well, and the price was as agreed. They were very professional and friendly. They also had all the equipment necessary to to a great job, even though it was small compared to a tree job.

We called this company seeing their truck outside in the neighborhood. They were quick to provide an estimate and few weeks later, they visited the property to work on the two trees. They were very professional and provided an excellent service to fix the two trees. Over all very satisfied with the service
