Because the fence is supposed to follow the terrain, the fence installers are required to use a technique to rack the privacy style of fence. While I expected the initial crew to have that skill, they did not, and I had to replace them with a more experienced crew. The job was completed, the fence is less than 1 inch off the ground, and the dogs are free to roam safely in the yard."
