Chad was very easy to work with and was able to work around our movers schedule and the buyers timeline. We had 2 large carpeted rooms cleaned which had a lot of wear and fade but they came up very nicely and the buyers were pleased with the results. We hired Personal Touch Carpet Cleaning when we bought a house, the difference in the floors is night and day. Tile that had what looked to be dark gray grout now has beige grout. Carpets that were deeply stained are refreshed and have a whole new life. We are extremely happy with our results and would rehire again 100%. I recommend this company to anyone.

Chad Landis (the owner) arrived as per agreed scheduled time. After 2 minutes of discussion about the job scope he immediately staged his equipment and proceeded to perform the cleaning Work was professionally performed including the fact that he wore paper booties while working in my house. While he also cleaned my stair carpet he went beyond what he was contracted to do and also cleaned my carpet at the end of the stairs on the 2nd floor hallway . Went beyond what he was to do. I very much appreciated that he saw that the hallway cleaning would compliment the stairway cleaning. This is the second time I have utilized his service and would Highly recommend his company to all.

After having our large LR hand woven wool rug done, we were so happy had 4 other rugs in our home cleaned. We were throughly pleased with the service that Chad provived for us.

This was a refreshing experience. The job was scheduled, confirmations for the job were communicated timely and not over or under done. We had our 10 year old carpets cleaned including stairs, landing, 4 bedrooms and some closets and one upholstered chair. The carpets turned our phenomenal, granted we are not rough on our carpet but Chad seems very meticulous and thorough! The chair looks great as well. The carpet looked great - stains totally removed!

Chad was professional, polite, and punctual.
He was able to remove all the stains, dirt and debris.  Even most of the signs of wear were removed.
Only slight signs of usual wear and tear remained when he was finished and even that was barely noticeable.
In short, the carpets and furniture looked almost like new.
