Snow tire installation on my new 2015 Subaru WRX.  Car had less than 500 miles on it when I took it to Nello for snow tire installation onto stock wheels.  I was charged $5 per tire more than what Tirerack shows I should have been charged...strike one.  Had vibration after the tires were installed.  They rebalanced the tires and said that I might have accelerated too hard with wet lube on the tire beads and spun the wheels in the tires.  All four tires were out of balance...car is AWD so I thought maybe this is possible.  Still have vibration though.  I called Nello the next day to inform them that I still have vibration.  Nello said they can use the force balance machine to try to diagnose/correct the issue.  Charge will be $29.95 per tire to do this (Tirerack charge is supposed to be $19.95 for force balancing).  So they didn't force balance low profile performance snow tires on a sports sedan and didn't inform me they weren't using the Hunter machine (I assumed this was standard practice just like it is at the dealership...it's a brand new car).  Strike two.  I called Tirerack to see if they could help me out since Nello is a recommended installer with high ratings on their website.  Nello was supposed to contact me in order to make the situation right and charge me the proper amount.  Never got a call from Nello.  STRIKE THREE...NELLO IS OUT.  P*** poor service...I will never use them again.  I'm taking my car to the dealer to get all four tires force balanced on a Hunter machine for a grand total of  $59.99.  That's $15 per tire for a proper balance job.  1/2 the price that Nello wanted after they did a half assed job the first time around.

I really appreciate all their help and their work, they were able to work with me on a payment, I have the Bridgeton Firestone credit card and they were able to work with me on that because I went over my limit and they've been very helpful and they're always courteous and very kind.

Got 6 new tires for my Class C RV with a state inspection and an oil change. I couldn't be happier. Price and service was better than expected. I will return.

I was treated professionally from the time I spoke with them on the phone, to the setting up of the appointment, to the time of picking up my vehicle. They did a good job, and I am glad I can trust them largely due to Angie's list. Thank you.

I emailed them one evening after normal hours looking for quotes on new tires for my Ford Explorer. The following morning I received a detailed email from Jamie giving me several tires to chose from with the total out the door price (including tax). I called while out and about to confirm the price, which beat all "estimated" costs I had seen the night before. I wanted to come in within the half hour and they were able to accommodate me. Jamie had everything written up when I arrived so all I had to do was turn over my keys and in just a tad over an hour, my car was done. Nothing "extra" was found, which was nice considering I stay on top of my vehicle maintenance. I was so pleased that a week later, I got another quote from Jamie for tires for my sons Jeep. Since I was home when I received the quote, I called two other tire dealers and Nello beat their price by $20.00 and $25.00. Scheduled the appointment for two days later. Again, we showed up, the paperwork was ready and waiting and in 45 minutes we were paying the bill.
