We have been using Leppo for the last 6 years to clean our carpets. They are always dependable and do a great job!!

Rug is probably 20 years old and hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Other estimate I got was over $500 for just the cleaning!
I didn't want to invest that much in such an old rug and debated replacing it instead.  I'm delighted that I found Leppo on Angie's List.  Leppo thoroughly cleaned the rug, deodorized and replaced the fringe.  The rug looks brand new!  Extremely pleased with the work they did.  Very professional.  Great customer service. The price was less than half of the other quote!  Would definitely recommend them.

Provider contacted me shortly after my request through Angie's List. We set-up an appointment over the phone, and tech arrived today. Service was professional, timely and the work was top notch. Carpet looked really bad after years of abuse from pets, and now it looks nearly brand new. I would highly recommend Leppo's if you need carpet service!!

The carpets were very dirty and stained but Leppo left them nearly stain free. Smelled fresh and clean. He even put rolled paper down to protect the barely damp carpet.

Why would anyone put carpet (even commercial carpet) in a busy kitchen? We chose to do this because the kitchen end of the house was always cold, and sometimes we could even feel a bit of dampness in that floor. Hence, we opted for commercial carpet, glued down. This carpet survived flooding from burst pipes in -26 weather, but did not give up spots and stains as well after that. Nevertheless, this was the best carpet service we have ever had! Dan showed up on time and went right to work. In less than two hours he was finished, and had been able to remove some spots and cloudy areas that the previous carpet service said could not be totally cleaned. We turned the air conditioning down several degrees to pull out the moisture, and the carpet dried in a reasonable length of time.

The serviceman, Ed, arrived right on time and reviewed what he would do and the cost before starting the job. He was very professional and did not try to sell any additional services. He was very thorough in cleaning all of the areas and was very careful about protecting the furniture. The carpet looked great when he finished and the final price was exactly what was quoted when I made the appointment over the phone. It seemed like the carpet took a long time to dry but since it was April neither the heat nor the air conditioner were on to help with the drying. The price seemed fair for what they did but I don't think they needed to add a surcharge for travel to my house.

I bought a new (used house), the carpets were somewhat dirty and had spots. The cleaner (Ed) was very friendly and prompt, he tried his best, but the carpets just wouldn't come clean, still have spots/stains on them.

Gentleman came to clean the carpets and went over with me what I had told the salesgirl I needed over the phone. He told me that everyone is on commission, even the person you talk to on the phone. I had said I was a little disappoined when I was told that the short (6 foot hallway) would be counted as a room. So he is re-working what I should pay and then telling me about other services, and what I should get, etc., etc. Obviously, he was on commission also.
He cleaned and the scotch-guarded them also and raked them so the looked like new...or the carpet and quot;stood upand quot; like when it was new. I mentioned to him that some of the areas didn't seem and quot;cleanand quot;, that they were still darker and and quot;dirtierand quot; than surrounding areas. He told me that that was just where the carpet had been worn down. Maybe the whole analogy is like when you wash your rags....they are clean but still and quot;dirtyand quot; or stained.
Just hasn't seemed to me that they were as and quot;cleanand quot; as they should have been. (The carpets are 6 years old.) I think he told me that the carpets should be cleaned every year or two, so maybe that is why they didn't seem as clean as they should have been.

When I called they gave me a time range, 9 to 12, on a Saturday morning. I was up and ready at 9 a.m. but he never arrived until 10:30 a.m. I guess that is just the way it goes. I showed him what to do and then I got out of his way and he did the work. The carpet looks very nice. I just wonder how long it will last. I know pet stains usually come back up after a while. The carpet is Berber carpet. The technician was very nice and completed the job in 2 hours.

I would say and quot;fairand quot;, the technician was very talkative, attempting to talk me into extra services like spot removal and special coatings for the capet to prolong its life. He did not move any furniture, the service that I ordered did not permit this, that is what I was told. I had just a few red stains from spilled juice or wine, he made a brief atempt to get them out, they were still there the next day. I do have a cat, and he was able to get up virtually all of the cat hair, which was not a lot. Given the commercial equipment however, I expected that this would not be a problem. So, overall, I still say and quot;fairand quot;. For the money I spent, I expected a better job.

Call and scheduled the appt over the phone with a few questions in regards to room size. The young man showed up and was extremely polite and friendly. He asked us if we were interested in any other services and kindly gave us an estimate for applying carpet protection the lower level of our home. He did a great job and I would highly recommend them in the future.

Dan did a great job. Answered all my questions. Did not promise more than he could deliver. Took his time and did a great job. Would totally recommend.

We had just moved from NC and there was a lot of fine dirt in the carpets. When I took the carpets to the company to be cleaned they told me the cleaning time would take about 7-10 days. I received a call 5 days later and told the carpets were ready for pick up. Very excited I went to pick the carpets up. I brought them home rolled the one out in the living room to find it had what looked to be clumpy baking soda sprinkled on it. I am sure this was the pet odor neutralizer but the smell was very flowery and over powering. I vacumed the stuff up. Each time I vacumed I discovered I was still vacuming up the fine dirt. Also the pet odors came back very quickly like a true cleaning was not done but just the powder was sprinkled on them and when it was gone the odors came back. Not happy with quality of cleaning carpets are rolled up and back in the basement until spring when I can take them to the car wash. Waste of $155.

I got them from Angie's List. The service went very well. They were very good and I was pleased. They were very courteous and professional. They talk to you and they don't ignore you like you aren't there.

I trusted their business with the cleaning and they did it for a good price. They were fine and did a good job. I would recommend them.

Called in April, they came and gave a quote. we set up an appointment for June. They came on time and did a great job, cleaned up and left. Will use again.

Very well, the representative was very polite and worked really hard and did an excellent job. I did not realise that I would have to pay extra for the back cushions on the sofas but he did offer a compensation. They were spray protected in the total price. I un-intentionally misled them, over the phone, on the size of one room but he agreed to clean the carpets for the same price as the hallway and bathroom were not very big. Overall an excellant job and very fair. This is the second time I have used them and intend to use them in the future.

I CALLED ON A MONDAY OR TUES FOR AN IDEA OF WHAT THE PRICE WOULD BE. THEY HAD AN OPENING THAT SATURDAY SO I MADE THE APPOINTMENT. THE GENTELMAN SHOWED UP ON TIME, DID A GOOD JOB. THE PRICE WAS A FEW DOLLARS MORE BECAUSE OF THE PILLOWS FOR MY FURNITURE BUT NOT MUCH. I AM VERY PLEASE AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
