Previously, I had significant damage (small car - large deer). Repairs were excellent - the car handled better after it was repaired than it did before the accident! The service manager was professional and kept in touch as to when the repairs were to be completed. The repairs were completed as promised and all insurance details were properly handled between the collision center and the agent. Professional, courteous, timely and excellent repairs.
They contacted me with the estimate, which was no problem, so I approved it. They contacted the insurance company and gave them the information and proceeded with the repair! They were done right on time (a 10 day repair), and the estimate came out correct in the end!
I was able to leave my rented vehicle with them and they handled the return. My vehicle was completely clean and looked great when I picked it up.
I hope I never have to use them again, but won't hesitate if I do!
